Open Door Policy

This work is my passion and I want to be a dependable resource for your family. After our first session, you’re welcome to reach out as questions arise so I can share resources and advice.

I always go above and beyond for my clients. For example, one family found out their 10-month-old baby was 100% deaf due to structural abnormalities, making hearing aids or a cochlear implant ineffective. They speak Spanish. I connected them with a Deaf community to find free, full-immersion ASL classes and a Deaf adult from El Salvador whose partner reads Spanish, too.

Investment

Every child should be able to express themselves and we understand that financial circumstances vary, that’s why we embrace a pay-what-you-can model ranging from $75 to $150 per session to ensure that therapy is accessible to all.

Billing & Insurance

Although I don't accept insurance, I'm happy to provide superbills. Many clients have received at least partial reimbursement from their insurance company. Check with your provider – reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.

For payment, Softheart Therapy uses Ivy Pay. It's a secure, HIPAA-protected way to pay for therapy services via credit card.
